Pineapple Turmeric Latte
A delicious immunity-boosting drink you can enjoy in a flash using fresh pineapple and a few spices you probably already have in the pantry.
Serves 1
Ingredients
½ cup finely diced pineapple ¾ cup hot (boiled) water ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, plus a pinch extra Pinch ground dried ginger Pinch black pepper ½ teaspoon honey or rice syrup
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender and process for 1 minute, or until well blended and lightly frothy, on high speed. Transfer to a serving glass and sprinkle with a pinch more turmeric
